Semi-bitter herbal liqueur from Germany made following a secret recipe that includes many ingredients and spices such as angelica root, mint, Jamaican pepper, liquorice, wormwood, cinnamon bark and calamus. Hugo Kümmerling created this récipe in 1921 and perfected in it 1938. Nowadays, it is one of the biggest selling herbal liqueurs in Germany.
Amber color. Unique bittersweet flavour with hints of cloves, cinnamon, ample licorice and other root flavors. Drink as a chilled shot or in mixers. Great digestif to have after meals. 35% ABV.
