Pernod is an anise-flavoured spirit and pastis apéritif from France, often associated with its historical predecessor, absinthe, even though both of them are very different. Pernod Ricard is a renowned French company that produces distilled beverages, born from the merge of Pernod and Ricard in 1975. Nowadays, their products are sold in more than 110 countries.

Cloudy yellow with greenish hues. Delicate aromas of anise, fresh garden herbs, carnations, fennel and liquorice. Subtle on the mouth, with flavours of star anise, coriander, mint and other herbs. Best served diluted with water on ice, mixed in cocktails, juice or soft drinks, after or before meals. 40% ABV.
