Pajarete Quitapenas

Pajarete Quitapenas is a sweet liqueur wine from the region of Málaga made from Pedro Ximénez (90%) and Moscatel de Alejandría (10%) grapes. This oloroso wine is left to age for more than 3 years in American oak casks. The result is an excellent full-bodied wine with a nice coppery colour. Bodegas Quitapenas is a familiy winery founded in Málaga in 1880.

Bright copper colour with amber highlights. Aromas of oak, fruits, raising and dried orange peel. Sweet and intense on the palate. Smooth and persistent finish. Best served at a temperature of 8º-10º C. 17% ABV.
