How it is made
Grapes are protected by carbonic gas that prevents the fruit’s oxidation. Later on, temperature is lowered for cold maceration prior to alcoholic fermentation. This is ideal for bringing out colour and aromas. Alcoholic fermentation is done with selected yeast at low temperatures as well, so that the fruit preserves its full aroma.
Golden coloured with green hues. Fresh aromas of white fruit. On the mouth it is very refreshing with citric hints. Best served at temperatures of 7ºC and 8ºC. Perfect with roasted or grilled shellfish and fish. 12% ABV.
