This excellent rum from Panama is a blend of the finest mature rums, chosen by the Master Blender. Valera Hermanos was founded in 1936 by José Valera Blanco, a Spanish immigrant, in Pesé, Panama. This city is located on a fertile valley renowned for its sugar cane plantations. Nowadays, Varela Hermanos is a leading producer of quality distilled spirits in Panamá.
How it is made
Mature sugar cane is harvested and crushed to extract the sugar cane juice. Then it is left to ferment in stainless steel tanks. Aging takes place in small white oak barrels.

Tasting notes
Mahogany colour. Complex and warm aromas with hints of sugar cane. Mellow, rich, and smooth on the palate. It can be enjoyed straight, on the rocks, or with a mixer. 37,5% ABV.
