Sweet wine with Denominación de Origen Málaga, made with Moscatel de Alejandría grapes, grown in the area of Axarquía, Málaga. Bodega Antonio Muñoz Cabrera, Dimobe is a family owned winery founded in 1927 in Moclinejo by Juan Muñoz Navarrete. Nowadays, it is one of the most renowned wineries in the province of Málaga.
Grapes are handpicked and laid out on drying mats to toast in the sun for about 15 days. Once the desired sugar concentration is reached, the grapes are crushed. The must is left to ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Aging takes place for 12 months in American oak casks.

Zumbral is dark amber coloured. Aromas of nuts, raisins, toasted grapes and honey. Sweet on the palate, with a well balanced acidity. Persistent finish. Best served at a temperature of 14º - 18º C. Perfect to drink as an aperitive or a dessert wine.
