Señorío de Broches

Vino Dulce Natural, or Naturally Sweet Wine, with Denominación de Origen Málaga, made from Moscatel de Alejandría grapes, grown in the area of Axarquía, Málaga. No additional sugar is added, as it only contains the sugars from the unfermented must. Dimobe, Bodegas Antonio Muñoz Cabrera, is a renowned family winery founded in 1927 in Moclinejo, Málaga.

How it is made

The Moscatel grape is handpicked, delicately pressed in the pneumatic press and submitted to a cold debourbage. The must is left to ferment in a controlled temperature of 17º C. Wine alcohol is added to the partially fermented must to arrest its alcoholic fermentation.
