Oskar Dale's Blues IPA
Oskar Blues IPA is an India Pale Ale made with hand selected hops, malt barley and red wheat. This is not a classic IPA, as it is made using four unusual Australian hops: Ella, which is spicy, floral and fruity; Topaz, with hints of pine and dank similar to American hops; Vic Secret, a rare hop that offers earthy aromas, along with passion fruit and tropical notes; and Enigma, with raspberry and melon flavours and aromas. The result is a unique craft beer of complex citrus and floral aromas. Oskar Blues Brewery is a craft brewery that begun as a brewpub in 1997 and begun brewing beer in 199 in a basement. In 2002 it became one of the first brewery to put their own beer in cans, as they keep beer fresh and help to preserve it.
