London Dry Gin made with water from springs in Ronda and five selected botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica root, orange and lemon peels. It is distilled five times to obtain a smoother gin. No sugar or artificial colorants are added. Destilerías El Tajo was founded by Diego Ruiz Romero in 1895 in Jubrique. His sons, the Ruiz Iborra brothers, moved the distillery to Ronda in 1969. At first, they produced only anisette, but these days they have a wide range of spirits.
Bright and transparent. Subtle aromas of flowers and citrus. Smooth on the mouth with hints of citrus and coriander. Best served at a temperature of 5º C. Perfect chilled, on the rocks or mixed in cocktails, such as Dry Martini. 40% ABV.
