Once your order has been placed, it will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Orders to Spain are shipped via GLS courier. Once your order is processed and confirmed, it is delivered within seven business days, provided it is being shipped to Spain. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days only. Delivery costs are calculated by our system at checkout and they are based on both weight and number of bottles. If you wish to know the actual shipping charges of your order, you can do this at checkout. Once you set your country at checkout the exact delivery charges will be shown throughout the remainder of your shopping sesión.

Shipping to European countries are carried out by GLS delivery. Orders will be safely delivered using protective bottle boxes as packaging, so you can be sure your order will arrive safe and sound to its destination. Please, note that delivery time frames may vary depending on the destination, but they usually range from 3 to 6 working days.   


At checkout, just before submitting your order in the lower part of your order details, there’s a section called “notes and special requests” where you can let us know anything you think we should consider concerning your order. In case you need the order delivered at a time that’s convenient for you, we will try to adequate the delivery to your needs, as long as it is possible. Please note that this depends on the carrier. As well, you need to make sure there’s someone you trust at the delivery address that can collect your order. If our carrier is unable to deliver the order, they will leave a note or contact you in any other way to schedule a new delivery appointment or alternatively amend your delivery address. The delivery will not be carried out if:


  • The shipping address is incorrect
  • No one collects the package in two weeks.
  • The order is returned.
  • Contact details provided are not correct and the transport company has not been able to reach the consignee to make the delivery.


Shipping is carried out from Spain. For international orders, if the consignee is absent at the time of delivery, the parcel will be sent to a collection point. In this case, the transport company will contact the consignee to provide collection details. The package will be available for collection for a maximum of two weeks. In the event that this period is exceded or the courier has been unable to carry out the delivery due to incorrect delivery or contact details, the order will be returned and a refund will be issued for the total of the purchase minus delivery and return shipping costs. 

It is extremely important that delivery details are correct, as  it is not possible to make changes to the delivery address once the package has left our facilities.

In case the goods have been damaged during transport or you have received an incorrect order, items can be returned or replaced at no cost for you. Please, note that items must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Order status

You can check the status of your order at Bodecall either at your user account, by clicking “login” in our website, or via the emails we send you to your email address. These emails are sent to inform you about the status your order is in, in case it is confirmed, sent or cancelled. Also, at your user control panel, you will be able to see both your order history and any current open orders.

Delivery times

Your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered as soon as it is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders to the Iberian Peninsula are shipped via GLS courier and delivery times range usually from one to three business days.

Orders to the rest of Europe are shipped by express delivery courier and usually take from 4 to 6 days to be delivered. In this case, delivery depends on the destination, weight and size of your parcel.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on several conditions and orders will be shipped once they are processed. Processing time is usually very quick but sometimes it may take longer, as it depends on the availability of the goods. Orders are shipped on business days only and goods will be shipped just in case they are available. Otherwise, we will contact you and offer another option that suits you. Please note that there may be delays in delivery. Delivery times are approximate as they depend on many circumstances. Sometimes unexpected problems may cause a slight delay in delivery.


If at any time, or for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase you can return it within 14 days from the day it was delivered to you.The items must be in their original condition, packaging and with all the documents included. It has to be sent in a safe package, so it isn’t damaged on the way back. Please, note that you will have to pay for delivery and return cost. In case you have chosen to exchange any item, you will have to pay for both the cost of the return and new delivery.

Once we receive the goods and we make sure the return meets the required conditions, Bodecall will process your return and will refund the cost of your order according to your payment method. In case you required it so, or the item was faulty, a replacement will be shipped.

  • If you paid with your debit card or credit card, your payment will be refunded to that card.
  • If you paid by back transfer, we will ask that you provide an account number.
  • If you paid with your Paypal account by bank account or PayPal balance, your payment will be refunded to your PayPal balance.
