Lima Rose's Lime Juice Cordial

Rose’s Lime Juice Cordial in a lime juice concentrate made by Schweppes. Lime cordial is a non-alcoholic drink born as a remedy used to cure sailors affected by scurvy in the Royal Navy’s long voyages, as consuming vitamin C proved highly successful against this disease. Lauchlan Rose patented the method used to preserve citrus juice without alcohol in 1867. This is the world's first concentrated bottled fruit juice drink. Nowadays, Rose's Lime is used mixed in cocktails, smoothies, mocktails or diluted in water to drink as a soda.
