Schneider Weisse Tap 4 Meine Festweissen
Meine Festweissen is a German wheat beer Hefeweizen style, double fermented in the bottle. This Weizen beer is made with New Zealand Cascade and Hallertauer Tradition hops. All hops, yeast and wheat are organically-grown. This is a refreshing beer, with delicious citrus notes, originally produced from 1916 to 1944 for the Oktoberfest. G. Schneider & Sohn was founded by Georg I. Schneider in Munich in 1872. Nowadays, this brewery still produces beer according to the founder’s original recipe.
Tastng notes
Bright golden color with white head of foam. Smooth aromas of malt, bananas and yeast. Robust on the mouth with notes of caramel, fruits, bananas and citrus. Dry and fruity finish. Ideal to serve with Mediterranean and light dishes. 6,2% ABV.
