Spitfire Kentish Ale
Spitfire is a British bitter originally brewed to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Battle of Britain that took place during WWII. This is a very well balanced hoppy ale made from the best selected ingredients. Shepherd Neame is Britain’s Oldest Brewer. Its brewery is located in the city of Faversham, Kent, in the heart of a medieval market. They use only natural ingredients, such as mineral water from the town’s aquifer and local hops.
Clear amber colour. Aromas of biscuits, caramel, flowers and hops. Bittersweet taste with notes of hops and malts. 4,5% ABV.
